• We set cookies for analytics and ad measurement (Google Analytics) only with your consent. Without consent, the website loads no Google service.
• We do not use personalised advertising, remarketing or social media pixels.
• The direct booking page embeds the booking portal of SoftTec GmbH. It loads only when you open that page.
• Enquiries from the forms are sent by the website server by email to our mailbox; you receive a confirmation of receipt. The delivery service is Brevo.

When you open a page, the server necessarily processes your IP address, the time, the requested address and your browser details in order to deliver the page. The connection is encrypted with TLS.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The website always stores the following entry in your browser. It is required to respect your choice (section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG) and is not sent to us:

• eph-consent (local storage): your choice in the consent notice or on the cookie settings page. Kept until you delete it.

Only if you consent to analytics does Google Analytics set these cookies (section 25(1) TDDDG):

• _ga: distinguishes visitors by a random identifier. Kept for 2 years.
• _ga_<ID>: stores the session state. Kept for 2 years.

If you withdraw your consent, the website switches Google Analytics off and deletes these cookies.

The embedded booking portal creates a cache for its program files in your browser (Cache Storage). We found no cookies set by the portal in our check on 26 September 2026; the provider may change this.

Open cookie settings

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, to understand how our website is used and to improve it. Google processes the data on our behalf.

We record the pages you view, where your visit came from (for example a search engine or campaign tags in the address), device, browser, approximate location at city level, clicks on booking, phone, email and directions links and the successful sending of an enquiry. We do not transmit form contents or contact details. Google Analytics 4 does not store full IP addresses.

If you also consent to ad measurement (marketing), we share these measurements with Google Ads to see whether an ad led to an enquiry or booking. We do not run personalised advertising.

The data are deleted after 14 months. A transfer to Google LLC in the USA may occur; Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision of the European Commission of 10 July 2023).

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, section 25(1) TDDDG). You can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future in the cookie settings.

The Manrope and Lora fonts are loaded from our own server.

For icons, we load the Font Awesome icon kit (Fonticons, Inc., USA) after the page has loaded. Your IP address and technical browser details are transmitted to Font Awesome; a transfer to the USA may occur. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a consistent presentation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

For room bookings, the direct booking page embeds the booking portal of SoftTec GmbH, Hindelanger Str. 35, 87527 Sonthofen, Germany (the caesar data & software brand; caesar data & software GmbH merged into SoftTec GmbH in 2020). As soon as you open that page, your browser loads the portal from ibev5.hotels-online-buchen.de. SoftTec receives your IP address, technical details of your browser and the address of our website.

In the portal, you enter your travel dates, number of guests, room and rate as well as your contact and billing details. SoftTec operates the portal for us and processes these data so that we receive your booking.

As soon as the page opens, the portal also loads payment functions from Adyen and Datatrans and program libraries from code.jquery.com and cdn.jsdelivr.net, even if you do not book. Your IP address and technical details of your browser are transmitted to these providers; a transfer to the USA may occur. You enter card details in the input fields of Adyen or Datatrans; we do not receive them.

The legal basis is the preparation and performance of the accommodation contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); the portal is necessary for the booking you request (section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG). Data protection officer of SoftTec GmbH: datenschutz@softtec.de. We retain booking and invoice data for up to ten years (section 257 HGB, section 147 AO).

Through our forms for meetings, celebrations, long stays, Park, Sleep & Fly and general enquiries, we process your name, email address, message and, depending on the form, phone, company, date, number of guests and the planning details of the respective form (required fields are marked with *). For Park, Sleep & Fly, these are flight dates and the vehicle type, not the licence plate. The website server sends your enquiry by email to info@euro-park-hotel.de, or conference@euro-park-hotel.de for meetings, and sends you a confirmation of receipt with your details.

Our mailbox is operated on Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, Dublin).

The legal basis is handling your enquiry and preparing a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The same applies to enquiries by email or phone. We delete enquiry data once it is no longer needed and no statutory retention obligations apply.

After an enquiry, you receive a confirmation of receipt and the hotel receives a notification. We send both messages via Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, Paris, France) as a processor. Your confirmation contains the reference, the service and your details from the form, but no free text and no prices. The mailbox for hotel notifications is operated on Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, Dublin).

Until delivery, messages are stored temporarily in encrypted form. Their contents are deleted after 30 days. To prove delivery, the sending time, status and a pseudonymised identifier are retained.

The legal basis is the performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in traceable delivery (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

On arrival, we are legally required to complete a registration form (sections 29 and 30 of the Federal Registration Act). It is kept for one year and destroyed within three months thereafter. The legal basis is compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Route planning (Google Maps), the 360° tour (Kuula) and other external pages are only linked, not embedded. The only exception is the booking portal on the direct booking page (see above). Your browser only connects to the provider when you open such a link. The provider’s privacy information then applies.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability (Art. 15 to 20 GDPR). You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future.

Right to object: where we process data on the basis of our legitimate interest, you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR).

An informal message to the contact details above is sufficient. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia, Kavalleriestraße 2 to 4, 40213 Düsseldorf, Germany.

Fields marked as required are necessary for bookings and enquiries. There is no automated decision-making, including profiling.
